Position Summary:
Recovery Resource Council is seeking a highly accountable, operationally driven leader to serve as Integrator/Chief Operating Officer. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments are aligned, and driving consistent execution of organizational priorities.
The Integrator as defined by the books Traction and Rocket fuel, serves as the operational partner to the CEO, translating vision into clear, actionable plans while maintaining focus, accountability, and alignment across the organization. This leader will drive, accountability, clarity, address challenges directly, and ensure the leadership team delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments are aligned and executing priorities effectively
Partner with the CEO to translate vision into clear, prioritized, and executable plans
Establish and maintain organizational clarity, including goals, priorities, and performance expectations
Lead, manage, and hold the executive leadership team accountable for results and follow-through
Facilitate structured leadership meetings to identify issues, drive decisions, and ensure accountability
Address challenges and performance issues directly, resolving root causes and removing barriers to success
Drive organizational focus by prioritizing key initiatives and eliminating competing or unclear priorities
Ensure financial and operational performance are aligned, working closely with finance and program leadership
Promote a high-performance, accountable culture across all departments
Strengthen systems, processes, and communication to improve efficiency and organizational alignment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level oversight
Experience leading multi-departmental operations and executive teams
Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results
Proven ability to hold teams accountable and address performance challenges directly
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or behavioral health settings preferred
